An antique Swedish navy hanger M/1851 with black-painted iron hilt and wooden grip. The steel blade is marked by the manufacturer E. Svalling, Eskilstuna. The black iron-mounted leather scabbard is slightly tight leaving a small gap between the scabbard and the hilt. The leather washer is intact. The sword is in untouched antique condition with overall wear on the paint surfaces.
