An original Finnish WWII medal, the commemorative cross of the 8th Division (8. Divisioonan risti), awarded for the merits of the Finnish Continuation War (1941-1945). The medal is of black-oxidized tombac, attached with the fabric ribbon.

The medal is in good vintage condition with minor signs of wear.
