ITALIAN M/1938 ‘MANNLICHER-CARCANO TERNI’ KNIFE BAYONET

DESCRIPTION
An original WWII folding military knife M/1938 manufactured in Terni, Italy in the late 1930s. The wood-gripped steel handle is marked and numbered by the manufacturer. The fullered steel blade folds 180 degrees by pressing a button. The steel scabbard has a metal belt loop.

CONDITION
The knife is good vintage condition with some signs of wear. The steel parts remain lot of their original blue colour. The screw on the top part of the scabbard is worn out on its thread and thus the upper scabbard mount is slightly loose. The knife fits well in its scabbard.
