NAYAR TEMPLE SWORD

A heavy brass hilted temple sword with a distinguishable recurved blade type. The handle has typical long langets securing to the blade. The pommel has several brass layers stacked on top of each other and pierced with brass rings.
A strong, undecorated blade with a shallow fuller. These swords are known as processional swords from the Malabar region.
