DESCRIPTION
An antique Balkan bichaq knife manufactured probably in the Bosnian region in the late 19th century. The yataghan-style, eared handle is made of bronze and fitted with cow bone grip scales decorated with typical bull’s-eye motifs. The unfullered, single-edged carbon steel blade is unmarked. The wooden scabbard is covered with bronze.
CONDITION
The knife is in good antique condition with minor signs of age and wear. The knife fits well in its scabbard.
