A very fine Italian brass-socketed bayonet with the socket completely engraved with floral decorations and a fine baroque mascaron, so-called Green Man. The blade with double fullers turning to one fuller is engraved with the owner’s or maker’s initials GN and a depicting trophy on the other side.
