SUDANESE ARM DAGGER

DESCRIPTION
A vintage Eastern African arm dagger manufactured probably in the first half of the 20th century Sudan and used by the Mahdist people. The wooden handle is finely made and finished with wooden disc pommel. The unfulleres carbon steel blade has no markings. The back-stitched leather sheaths has a leather belt strap loop.

CONDITION
The knife is in good vintage condition with small signs of age and overall wear. The blade shows some darkened slightly pitted areas. The belt strap of the sheath is missing. The knife fits well in its sheath.
