A basic regulation pattern 1775 infantry sabre with an early style of hilt (two guard plates) and a leather scabbard with an iron shoe on the chape. This pattern is made with a lighter model blade. Heavily polished blade with a single wide fuller. Leather scabbard with three brass mounts, wooden grip with leather and brass binding. The saber was used by well-known infantry jäeger sniper regiment, which was established in Savo, Finland.
